What is rape culture? Does it even exist? Is it actually prevalent in our media and language today? Check out what the WAVAW has to say about just a few of the current ways rape culture infests our everyday life.
Who are perpetrators? They are not as typically spotted as we might hope, they are the people we know, with families and goals- we can stop these people before they become a perpetrator, making a victim of another person. Rise Up seeks to address this on all college campuses.

According to the WAVAW- rape culture cannot be ignored. We are not called to be passive about the issues surrounding us, but to become outraged and fight for change.
